摘  要:采用镍系催化剂对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)进行加氢,分析了SBS中不同微观结构的加氢反应动力学,研究了SBS中试连续加氢反应中各反应器的反应效率,提出了中试第1反应器的放大模型,并与实际值进行了比较。结果表明,乙烯基与反式-1,4-结构的反应活化能分别为20.3,24.7 kJ/mol;延长反应时间有利于提高反应器的加氢反应效率,连续反应平均停留时间为3 h时,SBS加氢度可以达到98%;中试第1反应器采用近似连续搅拌槽式反应器模型计算所得到的SBS加氢度与实际值吻合较好。Hydrogenation reaction of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS) was carried out with nickel catalyst,the hydrogenation reaction kinetics of different microstructures in SBS was analyzed,and the reaction efficiency of different reactors in pilot continuous hydrogenation reaction was studied.Scale-up model of the first reactor was put forward,and also the simulated results were compared with actual values.The results showed that the activation energy was 20.3 kJ/mol and 24.7 kJ/mol for vinyl-unit and trans-1,4-unit,respectively.The reaction efficiency increased with increasing reaction time,and the hydrogenation degree of SBS reached more than 98% when the polymer solution residence time was 3 h.Scale-up model of the first reactor was similar to the continuous stir tank reactor,and the simulated results showed good agreement with the experment ones.
