摘 要:研究了活性氧化锌(牌号为AZO 801、AZO 805、AZO 945)和普通氧化锌对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)硫化特性、交联密度、物理机械性能和热性能的影响,重点考察了活性氧化锌AZO 805用量对HNBR性能的影响。结果表明,相比普通氧化锌,活性氧化锌填充HNBR混炼胶的硫化速率加快,门尼黏度、最高转矩和最低转矩增大,硫化胶的交联密度、拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、撕裂强度和邵尔A硬度升高,且具有较好的热稳定性;3种活性氧化锌中AZO 805的效果最佳;活性氧化锌和普通氧化锌均对HNBR硫化胶的玻璃化转变没有影响;活性氧化锌AZO 805用量对HNBR混炼胶的转矩和焦烧时间影响不大;当AZO 805用量为5份时,HNBR硫化胶具有最优的综合性能。Effects of different active zinc oxide(AZO 801,AZO 805,AZO 945) and common zinc oxide on the curing characteristics,crosslink density,the mechanical and thermal properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) were studied,and especially the influence of active zinc oxide AZO 805 amount on the properties of HNBR were investigated.The results showed that compared to the HNBR with common zinc oxide,the HNBR compound with active zinc oxide was improved in vulcanization rate,Mooney viscosity,maximum torque and minimum torque,the vulcanizates with active zinc oxide was enhanced in crosslink density,tensile strength,modulus at 300%,tear strength,Shore A hardness and heat resistance as well.AZO 805 was the most effective in the 3 kinds of active zinc oxide.Neither the active zinc oxide nor common one had effect on the glass transition of HNBR,and the amount of AZO 805 had little effect on torque and scorching time of HNBR compounds.The HNBR vulcanizates had good comprehensive properties at amount of AZO 805 5 phr.
