摘 要:研制了一套风机整机试验台测控系统,采用了模块化的设计思想去设计。首先确定试验台的整体框架,然后再进行局部模块的划分,再根据不同的模块的功能和技术指标去进行相关的设计及部件选型。具体模块设计包括硬件系统设计、通信网络系统设计以及远程监控软件系统设计。测控系统在设计初就考虑到了两个重要的因素:自动化与网络化。自动化体现在无人值守自动完成整机试验上,网络化体现在各类现场总线和网络远程监控上。系统设计先进,对于指导风电行业整机试验台建设具有重大的意义。This paper developed a measurement and control system for the whole test bench of wind turbine.It mninly used a modular design concept to design system,determined the overall framework of the test bed,and then further divided into local module,the module according to different functions and their technical specifications to carry out relevant design selection of work and parts.The specific module design included hardware design,communication network system design,and remote monitoring software system.This system takes into account two important factors in the beginning of design,automation and networking.Automation is reflected in unattended auto-complete machine trials,networking is reflected in various types of field bus and remote monitoring.This system has an advanced design concept,the application of the wind power industry is also a popular area.Therefore,this issue has certain forward-looking and unique,it has significance in guiding the whole test bench for wind power industry.
