摘 要:设计了基于DSP的数据采集系统,实现了对超声信号的实时检测。利用高速A/D进行采样,DSP对数据进行算法处理。在DSP内部采用小波阈值去噪算法对超声波信号进行预处理,利用DSP的串口将处理后的信号传送给主机进行实时显示。系统采样速率为80 Mbit/s,采样位数为12位,实现了超声信号的实时处理和采集。通过Matlab实验,验证了小波阈值去噪算法的改进方案明显要比单纯的硬阈值和软阈值方法降噪效果好。The DSP data acquisition system was designed in order to realize the test of ultrasonic signal real-time.The high speed AD was applied to collect data,and the digital signal processor was used to perform the algorithm process of the data.The method of Wavelet denoising threshold was adopted to pre-treat the ultrasonic signa1.The signal which has been processed can be transmitted to the computer through serial interface of DSP to realize show real-time.The sampling rate is 80 Mbps,and the transmitting speed of serial interface reaches 9.375 Mbps under full speed transmitting mode.Thus,the ultrasonic signal can be sampled and disposed real-time.Simulations results based on Matlab have validated that the improved method of wavelet de-noising threshold does better than traditional threshold strategy in de-noising.
