摘　　要：通过总结当前我国医院信用理论研究的状况,在探讨医院信用的内涵、作用功能以及医院信用危机、信用评价与体系建设的基础上,对医院信用理论研究进行展望,认为我国医院信用理论研究不能适应医院信用建设的需要,并从医院信用的形成机理与影响因素、作用与功能、体系及制度等研究方面提出了未来我国医院信用理论基础研究与应用研究的重点。Authors describe in this paper the theoretical study on current status of hospital credit in China, discuss its connotation, functions, hospital credit crisis, credit assessment and the system construction, and forecast the prospect of hospital credit evolution. It holds that theoretical study on current hospital credit can not meet the needs of hospital credit building, and therefore puts forward the key points in the future theoretical foundation research and application research of chinese hospital credit from the perspectives of its formation and influencial factors, significance and functions, system and mechanism building.
