十二烷基硫酸钠与羟乙基纤维素的相互作用

摘  要:本文用表面张力(γ)和电导率(κ)方法研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)与天然纤维素的水溶性改性物羟乙基纤维素(HEC)的相互作用。实验结果表明,SDS-HEC溶液的γ-lgcSDS曲线和κ~cSDS曲线均呈现双拐点特征,并且γ-lgcSDS曲线上两个SDS临界浓度值(c1)γ及(c2)γ与κ~cSDS曲线上的两个斜率拐点处SDS浓度(c1)κ和(c2)κ相吻合。用稳态荧光猝灭方法测定了SDS浓度介于(c1)γ及(c2)γ之间时SDS-HEC有序聚集体的束缚胶束聚集数Nb,发现在8.46~16.92 mmol.L-1和16.92~25.38 mmol.L-1两个SDS浓度范围内,Nb与cSDS呈现良好的线性关系。这些实验结果表明水溶液中HEC与SDS在(c1)γ及(c2)γ之间形成了SDS束缚胶束与HEC大分子构成的有序聚集体结构。In this paper,interactions of a typical ionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC)been investigated by surface tension and specific conductance.It had been found that both the γ-lgc and κ~c curves of SDS-HEC binary aqueous solutions exhibited double transition points and the critical concentrations(c1)γ and(c2)γ of SDS on γ-lgc curves were coincided with(c1)κ and(c2)κ on κ~c curves respectively.The bound micelles aggregation number(Nb)of SDS in SDS-HEC aggregations had been investigated by steady state fluorescence quenching.In the concentration ranges of SDS between 8.46~16.92 mmol·L-1 and 16.92~25.38 mmol·L-1,Nb increased linearly with the increase of SDS concentration in SDS-HEC aqueous solution at a fixed HEC concentration.These experimental results confirmed that SDS and HEC self-assemble into ordered aggregates in SDS concentration range between(c1)γ and(c2)γ in aqueous solutions.
