摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,利用溶胶-凝胶法通过分相途径制备了S iO2多孔凝胶,并对合成的S iO2多孔凝胶进行了热处理,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(IR)、差热-失重综合分析仪(TG-DTA)等分析手段,研究了S iO2多孔凝胶内部结构、热稳定性等性质,并且采用间歇法研究了其对溶液中铈的吸附性能,从而为高放废液的处理提供一条新的技术途径。研究表明:合成的S iO2多孔凝胶具有良好的热稳定性和较高的孔隙率,是连续网络结构轻质多孔材料;对溶液中铈具有良好的吸附性能;初始浓度一定时,增大固液比,S iO2多孔凝胶对溶液中铈的平衡吸附量逐渐减少;平衡吸附率逐渐增加,当固液比为3:500时,继续增大固液比,平衡吸附率已基本不变;平衡吸附比先增加后减小,在固液比为3:500时,有最大值12170.4m l/g。Porous Silica Gel was synthesized via Sol-Gel process with phase separation using TEOS as raw materials,thermal stability,microstructure and of which were studied by the heat treatment and by means of IR,TG-DTA and SEM.The adsorption property of porous silica gel for cerium ions in solution was studied by discontinuous process,providing some references to the processing of high-level liquid waste.The experimental results show that the synthesized porous silica gel with good thermal stability and high porosity has good adsorption properties for cerium ions in solution;For given initial concentration of cerium ions,with increasing the rate of solid to liquid the equilibrium adsorption capacity decreases while the equilibrium adsorption rate increases and the equilibrium adsorption ratio increases afterwards decreases when the rate of solid to liquid is 3:500.
