摘 要:该文以活性碳纤维(ACF)为吸附载体,负载邻-五氟苄基羟胺(PFBHA)衍生剂,在采集空气样品的同时,使气态甲醛与PFBHA发生衍生反应,用直接热解析-毛细管气相色谱法测量室内空气中甲醛(HCHO)含量。在优化的实验条件下,得到以甲醛标准样品浓度和PFBHA-HCHO肟化合物色谱峰面积平均值绘制的标准曲线,回归系数R2为0.999 9,计算出的甲醛最小检测限为1.8 ng。由6次标准样品平行测量结果计算出PFBHA-HCHO色谱峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.70%,甲醛含量的RSD为0.72%。研究表明:该方法准确度优于酚试剂分光光度法,在0.000 368~0.409 mg/m3范围内可准确测量室内空气中甲醛含量。A combined method is proposed here to determinate formaldehyde(HCHO) in indoor air with the derivative reaction of formaldehyde with O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine(PFBHA) coated on activated carbon fiber(ACF) carrier at the same time when air samples are collected by direct thermal desorption/capillary gas chromatography.In the experiment section,the correlated conditional experiments are done.Under the optimal conditions,using formaldehyde standard samples and direct thermal desorption/capillary GC analysis,the calibration curve of the formaldehyde concentration and the chromatographic peak area of PFBHA-HCHO oxime is drawn with the linear regression equation,and linear regression coefficient R2 is 0.999 9.The minimum detection limit of formaldehyde is 1.8 ng.The precision test shows that the relative standard deviation of the six-times repeated measurement for formaldehyde standard sample is 0.70%,and the relative standard deviation of the formaldehyde concentration(RSD) is 0.72%.The contrast experiment shows that the method is better in accuracy than that of phenol reagent spectrophotometriy.The experimental data show that the method can be accurately used in measuring the formaldehyde content in indoor air in the range of 0.000 368~0.409 mg/m3.
