摘　　要：为实现变量泵试验系统的自动测试及方便对变频器的控制,并直观显示其各个运行参数,研究以C#作为开发语言,利用MSComm控件实现与西门子MM440(MicroMaster440)变频器的串行通信控制。论述了变频器的通用串行接口(USS)通信协议和基于C#的串行通信控制程序。For the realization of test automation of variable pump testing system,and in order to control inverter more conveniently,and display inverter＇s real-time parameters directly and friendly,this research usesd C# as developing language and MSComm to communicate with Siemens MM440（MicroMaster440） inverter through serial port.The USS（Universal Serial Interface Protocol） communication protocol and serial communication program based on C# were discussed.
