摘  要:在室内采用淤泥、沙砾和防渗膜3种底质处理的水槽中进行红鲫Carassius auratus养殖,探讨3种底质对水质和鱼类的影响。结果表明,有淤泥的底质对稳定水质作用明显,随着试验时间的延长,其总氨氮指标始终控制在较低的水平,淤泥底质水中红鲫的特定生长率明显高于另外两种底质。统计检验结果表明:淤泥组的总氨氮含量极显著低于防渗膜、沙砾组(P<0.01);防渗膜组的NO2--N含量极显著低于沙砾、淤泥组(P<0.01);淤泥组中的叶绿素a显著高于防渗膜、沙砾组(P<0.05);防渗膜组的生长情况明显慢于沙砾、淤泥组(P<0.01)。Red carp with average body weight of 3.6 g was reared in plastic tanks with mud,sands and impermeable membranes installed at the bottom in a laboratory to evaluate the bottom matrix effects on water quality and growth of the fish.The results showed that mud substrate showed significant effect on the stability of the water quality,with lower ammonia content along with the testing proceeded.The red crucian carp was found to have higher SGR in the mud tank than those in the other two tanks(P0.01).Variance test showed that there were significantly lower ammonia and NO-2-N contents in the mud sediments than in the other sediments(P0.01);there was significantly higher chlorophyll a in the mud sediment than those in impermeable membrane,and gravel sediments(P0.05).The fish had significantly poor growth in the impermeable membrane tank(P0.01).
