摘  要:高频等参数感应测井仪器(VIKIZ)具有很好的径向和纵向分辨能力,既可由其测井曲线直观识别薄层和薄交互层组,又可直观分析较厚地层电阻率的径向变化特征包括低电阻率环带。根据VIKIZ的探测特性,研究了其资料二维反演方法和流程,采用改进的阻尼型正则化高斯-牛顿优化算法对典型地层模型模拟测井资料的二维全参数反演,很好地重建了地层电阻率的二维分布,显著提高了VIKIZ的资料解释水平。反演结果表明VIKIZ的探测深度有待提高,在高电阻率地层其高频短源距探头测井响应所受地层介电常数的影响不容忽视,为仪器的优化设计提供依据。The high frequency isoparametric induction logging tool (VIKIZ) has high radial and vertical resolution. Thin layer and thin interbeded formation can be recognized apparently using the logging curves. Also, by using the tool we can analyze intuitively the radial distribution characteristics of the resistivity of thick beds including the low resistivity annulus. According to the detective characteristics, studied is the two-dimension inverse method of VIKIZ data. Completed is the full-parameter inversion of VIKIZ data for the typical formation models by using an improved damping regularized Gauss-Newton optimization algorithm. The inverse result can significantly improve the quality of VIKIZ interpretation. It is found that its detecting depth should be improved and the influence on the high frequency detector of the permittivity in the high resistive formation should not be ignored. The obtained design. results provide the bases for tool's optimizing design.
