摘  要:孤岛油藏馆陶组上段沉积韵律多变,每个地质层段,甚至同一层段的不同部位其岩性、物性、渗透性都不相同,采用普通射孔技术时原油采收率低。提出针对不同物性的地层,在其他射孔参数不变(最优的孔深、孔径、射孔方位等)的情况下,使用不同的孔密进行优化射孔。对应用变孔密射孔技术调整产液剖面、提高水驱、聚驱效果的可行性进行了分析,结合孤岛油藏馆陶组上段的地质特点,总结出该区变密度射孔总表皮系数和射孔后产能计算公式。分析并确定适合孤岛油藏的射孔孔密在12-18孔/m。实际应用表明,针对不同储层物性施行变孔密射孔参数优化,可以提高注聚效果,指导试油工作,在老油田的开发中作用重大。The upper Guantao Formation of Gudao Oilfield features changeful sedimentary rhythmic, which is different in different geological formations. Even in the same formation, the lithology, physical property and permeability are diverse in different locations, which causes oil recovery factor low when perforating in ordinary way. Proposed is a variable density optimization perforating method for formation with different physical properties in condition that other perforating parameters(optimized perforation length, perforation diameter, and shot phase, etc. ) are constant. Analyzed is the feasibility of applying variable density perforating technology to adjust production profile and improve water flooding effect and polymer flooding effect. Summerized is the summary skin coefficient and well capacity calculating formula based on geology characteristics of this area. It is concluded that shot density for Gudao oilfield is 12-18 hole/m. Practical applications show that variable density perforating method for different physical property formations improves polymer flooding effect and plays an important role in guiding productivity test and maturing fields development.
