摘  要:采用欧拉-欧拉模型,在20 mm宽和80 mm高的二维流化床中,模拟了直径为46μm和密度为4 000 kg/m3的细粒级人造金红石在不同操作气流速度下的流体动力学特性。在操作气流速度u=0.004 m/s时,呈现均匀的散式膨胀;当u=0.005 m/s时,出现鼓泡现象,为聚式流态化,但气泡内固体含量较高;提高气流速度至0.02 m/s,床层内出现固体含量几乎为零的气泡。Eulerian-Eulerian Model was used to research the hydrodynamic behavior of fine natural rutile particles with a density of 4 000 kg/m3 and a diameter of 46 μm in different operating gas velocity.The simulation was carried out in a two-dimensional fluidized bed with 20 mm in width and 80 mm in height.At the operating gas velocity of 0.004 m/s,it presents a homogeneous fluidization.When operating gas velocity is 0.005 m/s,bubbling phenomenon with some solid particles,and aggregative fluidization appears.While increasing the operating gas velocity to 0.02 m/s,there are some bubbles without any solid particles.All of the phenomenons agree with the experiments and simulation results reported by the literatures.
