摘　　要：丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物是一种重要的有机合成及医药中间体,具有很好的生物活性。综述了丙酮二羧酸的合成方法,并对丙酮二羧酸及其衍生物在有机合成中应用及有关的研究进展进行了概述。1,3-Acetone dicarboxylic acid and its derivatives were very important organic synthesis and medicine intermediates,which had high bioactivity.The synthetic methods of 1,3-acetone dicarboxylic acid were summarized,and the application and research development of 1,3-acetone dicarboxylic acid and its derivatives in the field of organic synthesis were reviewed.
