摘　　要：介绍了无苛性碱汽油脱硫组合新工艺在中国石油大庆石化公司1.0 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上的应用情况。经过近一年的运行表明,装置操作平稳,精制汽油硫化氢和硫醇含量分别小于1,9μg/g,可节约碱液230 t/a,消除废碱渣排放620 t/a。The application of alkali-free gasoline desulfurization combination process was introduced in a 1.0Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company.The results of running nearly a year showed that the process operation was stable,the contents of hydrogen sulfide and thiol in refined gasoline were less than 1 and 9μg/g respectively.Caustic alkali of 230t/a was saved,waste alkali of 620t/a was eliminated.
