摘　　要：阐述了当前水运基础设施发展的问题、背景、研究目的和主要内容；提出并分析了水运基础设施发展研究的重点和方向以及研究中应该注意的方面。This paper focuses on the sound development of shipping infrastructure as a research topic in order to put forward the problems to be solved. The paper clearly describes the background and current situation of shipping infrastructure,demonstrates the purpose and main content of the research,supplies the key problems as well as the theory for more profound study,and analyzes the aspects and ways to research in improving the development of shipping infrastructure.
