摘　　要：通过对400m2烧结机1#主抽风机同步电机励磁失步跳闸现象分析,总结出引起同步电机失步的三类原因,并进行相应处理,基本消除1#主抽风机电机励磁失步跳闸故障。On analyzing the trip phenomenon for underexited out-of-step of synchronous motors of 1# main exhauster in 400 m2 sintering machine,three reasons causing out-of-step of synchronous motors were summarized,and by making corresponding treatments according to the reasons,the trip faults for underexited out-of-step of synchronous motors in 1# main exhauster were basically eliminated.
