摘　　要：介绍了MC3冷轧辊坯的试制和工艺特点。采用电渣重熔加锻造方法生产的MC3辊坯金属纯净度高、组织致密、抗事故能力强。对该钢锻后的低、高倍组织形态进行了研究分析,结果表明,产品的各项性能指标良好,均满足制造高品质冷轧辊的要求。Trial production and its process characteristics were introduced.The roll blank produced by electroslag remelting and forging had advantages：high purity,compact structure,good resisting accident faculty.Through analyzing microstructure morphologies at low and high power,the results showed that,varies properties of products were good and could satisfy with the demand to produce high-class cold roll.
