藏药唐古特青兰对冠脉结扎大鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察藏药唐古特青兰(DtM)水提部分抗大鼠急性心肌缺血作用。方法采用冠脉结扎致急性心肌缺血模型,观察DtM对大鼠心电图ST段移位、心肌梗死范围及血清心肌酶活力的影响。结果 DtM水提液可以显著减少大鼠急性心肌缺血面积(P<0.05)。2.5g生药/kg体重组与模型组相比可以显著降低心肌缺血造成的心电图ST段位移,降低T波幅度,减少血清LDH的释放量,其他剂量组与模型组相比上述各指标无显著性差异。结论 DtM水溶液对冠脉结扎所致大鼠急性心肌缺血有明显保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effects of water-solubility fraction extracted from Dracocephalumtanguticum Maxim（DtM）（traditional Tibetan medicine） on rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods The acute myocardial ischemia model was induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery at the distal one third segment in opened chest rats.The Ⅱ-lead electrocardiogram were examined before and after ligation,the infarct area was showed with TTC stain after ligation.Furthermore,the effect of DtM on the above parameters and CK and LDH contents of serum were also studied in comparison with model.Results Compared with model,all groups using different dosage DtM could reduce the area of myocardial infarction（P〈0.05）.Furthermore,The group using 2.5g gruff per kilogram weight dosage of DtM markedly lowered the elevation of S-T segment and the amplitude of T wave in the electrocardiograms of rats,and reduced the LDH contents of serum,no effect was shown in others on the above parameters in comparison with model.Conclusion DtM produced the effect against acute myocardial ischemia in rats.
