重组人干扰素联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎时的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群观察

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素(interferon)联合更昔洛韦眼用凝胶(ganciclovir)对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者(60例)、健康对照者(30例)应用流式细胞仪测定T细胞亚群并行相关分析。结果单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者治疗前CD3、CD4明显下降(P<0.05),CD4/CD8比值下降(P<0.05)。20例痊愈患者治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群接近正常水平,而10例未痊愈患者虽有所提高,但仍低于健康对照者(P<0.05)。结论单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者细胞免疫功能降低,干扰素联合更昔洛韦能够增强患者的细胞免疫功能,抑制病毒的复制。Objective To explore the effect of ganciclovir plus interferon on cellular immunity of herpes simplex keratitis（HSK）and the change of T lymphocytes subgroup in peripheral blood.Methods 30 cases of patients HSK and 30 cases of healthy controls were collected.The levels of CD3,CD4,and CD8 were detected by using flow cytometry technology. Results CD3,CD4 as well as CD4/CD8 ratio significantly decreased before treatment in patients with Herpes simplex virus keratitis（P 〈0.05）.20 patients recovered after treatment in patients with T cell subsets close to the normal level.The 10 cases of patients not cured after the T cell subsets increased,but still lower than in healthy controls. Conclusion The cellular immune function of Herpes simplex virus keratitis is generally decreased.Interferon can enhance the immune function and inhibit the viral replication.ganciclovir ophthalmic gel is one of the most commonly used drugs in treatment of herpes simplex virus keratitis.It shows that combination treatment can achieve better results in cure.
