摘　　要：在网络交易的信息交流和传递中必然会产生很多风险,风险披露是网络交易参与各方规避风险负担的有效方式。网络经营者应承担的风险披露义务包括合同的附随义务和缔约前的注意义务,网络服务商应承担将监测到的安全隐患风险及时告知消费者的风险披露义务,而认证机构应承担的风险披露义务是其特殊职业的注意义务。Risk is unavoidable in the process of information exchange and transfer in e-commerce and risk disclosure is an effective way for all the participants of e-commerce to avoid risk bearing.The obligations of risk disclosure that network operators undertake include contract-attached obligation and pre-contracted notice obligation.Network operators shall undertake the obligation of timely disclosing the potential risks monitored to the customers and certification authorities shall undertake attention obligation of specific occupations.
