果蔬协议流通模式的管理服务机制和竞争优势研究

摘　　要：协议流通是一种以管理服务机制为核心,践行供应链管理思想的农产品流通模式。本研究以果蔬农产品为例,对协议流通管理服务机制的管理主体和管理内容、服务主体和服务内容进行阐述,并模拟了由主体层面、管理层面、服务层面和目标功能层面四个要素体系构成的果蔬协议流通模式管理服务机制的运行机理,在此基础上将该模式与传统果蔬流通模式进行比较,得出果蔬协议流通模式通过提高供应链的组织、管理以及信息能力,在市场反应、成本控制以及质量保证等方面与传统果蔬流通模式相比具有更强的竞争优势。Agreement based circulation is a supply chain management pattern around management service mechanism. Take fruit and vegetable for example, governing body and management content, service objects and service content of management service mechanism in agreement based circulation are expounded, and operation mechanism of management service mechanism consisting corpus level, management level, service level and target function level are simulated. Based on management service mechanism in agreement based circulation, compare agreement based circulation with traditional circulation pattern, and conclude that by improving organization, management and information ability of fruit and vegetable supply chain, agreement base circulation has a strong competitive advantage than traditional fruit circulation pattern on response to market, cost control and quality assurance.
