摘　　要：综述了各种用于Fmoc法肽合成赖氨酸的正交保护方法,这些保护方法对多肽的化学修饰起着十分重要的作用。介绍了各种正交保护赖氨酸的合成、脱除方法及在肽合成中的应用实例,分析了各种保护基的特点、相互间的互补性及不足之处。The paper summarized up each kind of orthogonal protection method of lysine for Fmocbased peptide synthesis. The methods have been played an important role in the peptide modification. In the paper, it introduced each kind moval as well as application case in the peptide synthesis, and analyzed the characteristic for each kind of protective group, and complementarities as well as deficiencies among them.
