摘　　要：介绍了热轧带钢滚筒切头飞剪的轧钢工艺要求。利用ABAQUS Explicit软件模拟带钢剪切过程,提出了启动工作制热轧带钢滚筒切头飞剪力能计算及优化的原则、理论、计算方法,并应用Matlab软件编制了专门的程序。最后用实例验证了方法的可行性。This paper summarized line in past 30 years. In the paper, Shear of hot strip, and pro for drum crop shear energy the it key technological progress of drum crop shear for hot strip mill introduced the technology demand of steel rolling for Drum Crop posed the principle, of hot strip mill lin theory and algorithm of computation and optimization e in start work system by means of hot strip drum crop shear process in software simulation of ABAQUS Explicit. And it made the special program by Matlab software. Finally it verified the feasibility of the method through practical case.
