摘  要:传统的火炮膛压测试仪采用压电传感器,其安装结构与测压器的小体积存在着矛盾,且有零点漂移的问题,因此提出采用基于测压器壳体的电容式压力传感器,通过分析传感器及膛压信号的特点,设计了基于PS021的传感器接口电路。PS021对传感器信号进行转换、采集,MSP430对PS021进行控制、设置,并存储数据,此电路可以测得完整的膛压随时间变化曲线,利用该电路对电容传感器进行了动、静态标定实验,实践证明,PS021的应用使电容传感器的精度大大提高,对减小测压器的体积、降低电子测压器的成本具有重要意义。The traditional gun chamber pressure test made use of piezoelectric sensors,and thus there existed a contradiction between sensor's installation structure and small size of electronic piezo gauge,and there also existed a zero drift problem.Therefore,based on electronic strain piezo gauge shell,capacitance pressure sensor was proposed.By means of analysis of characteristics of the sensor and chamber pressure signal,the sensor interface circuit based on PS021 was designed.Sensor signal conversion and collection was performed by use of PS021.MSP430 was used to control,set and store the data of PS021.This kind of circuit can measure full chamber pressure changes and obtain the variation curves with time.The dynamic and static calibration experiments of capacitance sensor were carried out with the help of this circuit,and the practice proved that the application of PS021 can greatly improve the sensor precision,and it has important meaning for decreasing size and lowering the cost of electronic piezo gauge.
