摘  要:高冲击以能量观点可分为超高g值、窄脉宽冲击和中高g值、宽脉宽冲击两种,前者以高g值为目标,而后者则更关心冲击能量。高冲击能量条件下加速度测试具有冲击作用时间长、运动行程长、测试环境恶劣等特点,其准确测试具有一定难度。从高能量冲击试验装置工作原理出发,阐述了测试系统的组成、加速度信号判定等技术问题,分析了实际测试中出现的零漂问题产生的原因,提出了电缆甩动零漂和电荷放大器零漂的实际解决措施。From the point of view of energy,the high shock process can be classified into two kinds: one is the super high shock with very short duration time and the other is the high shock with comparative longer duration time.The former is used to acquire high acceleration value and the latter is used to acquire high impact energy.The acceleration measurement under the condition of high impact energy has the characteristics of wide period of lasting time,long range of moving displacement and severe condition of working environment and so on,thus accurate acceleration measurement has the increased difficulties.Based on the operational principle of high energy shock device,the composition of the measurement system,the judging method of acceleration signal and other technical problems were explained,and the reason of zero drift phenomenon in practical test was analyzed.Some actual solving methods to reduce the zero drift which either be caused by sudden cable jerk or by the saturation of charge amplifier were proposed.
