摘 要:以重质润滑油基础油为原料,采用活性白土和自制的脱酸吸附剂WK-Ⅱ,考察了重质润滑油基础油吸附脱酸后的脱酸效果和氧化安定性。实验结果表明:对重质油650SN进行脱酸精制,活性白土用量需5%才能满足中和值要求,而WK-Ⅱ脱酸吸附剂仅需1.5%。中和值越小,其氧化安定性越好,当中和值为0.030mgKOH.g-1时,氧化安定性可达到180分钟。用WK-Ⅱ对重质基础油进行脱酸精制,平均每个百分点吸附剂可脱除基础油酸值0.04-0.05mgKOH.g-1,且中间基基础油比石蜡基基础油的氧化安定性明显要好。The oxidation stability of acidic compounds removal from a heavy lube base oil by deacidification adsorptive process was studied using activated clay and lab prepared WK-Ⅱ deacidification agent.Test results showed that the dosage of the WK-Ⅱ adsordent was 1.5% as well as the activated clay was 5%,after deacidification of the heavy base oil 650SN.The less the neutralization value was,the better the oxidation stability was.When the neutralization value was 0.030 mgKOH·g-1,the oxidation stability would be 180min.When it was refined by WK-Ⅱ adsorbent,each percentage point adsorbent based oleic acid value could removal 0.04-0.05mgKOH·g-1 on average,and the oxidation stability of the intermediate base oil was much better than that of paraffin base lubricating oil.
