摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对老年脑梗死患者的效果。方法将96例老年脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施早期康复护理,6周后进行效果评定。结果观察组6周后的运动功能、神经功能、日常生活能力和抑郁程度评分均明显优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理能显著降低老年脑梗死患者抑郁程度,改善运动功能、神经功能和日常生活能力,值得临床推广。Objective To investige the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-six elderly patients with cerebral infarction were randomized into control group（n=48） to receive the conventional nursing and observation group（n=48） to receive early rehabilitation nursing based on the conventional nursing.The effect was measured six weeks after the nursing intervention.Results After six week＇s nursing intervention,the motor function,nerve function,daily living and depression scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly decrease the depression level and improve the motor function,nerve function and activities of daily living in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
