摘 要:用X射线衍射(XRD)分析方法,探讨了AB5 型稀土贮氢合金在不同冷却速度下织构生长特性及其对电极性能的影响。研究结果表明:在普通快冷条件下,具有不同成分的贮氢合金锭呈不同的织构生长特性,一般具有(101)+ (002)晶面择优取向,平行于冷却面也即柱状晶生长方向,并可获得较高的放电容量;在快速凝固下制得的贮氢合金,其表面呈强的(0002)基极织构也即c轴织构。这与不含Mn 的稀土贮氢合金即Mm Ni3.5Co0.7 Al0.Texture growth and its effects on the electrochemical properties in various cooling rate for rare earth hydrogen storage alloys have been explored.The results show that hydrogen storage alloy with different composition have different texture growth characteristics in conventional fast cooling.Generally,it has the (101) and (002) crystal faces and can obtain high discharge capacity.The preferred orientation of the crystal faces is to parallel to the cooling plane,i.e.the growth direction of columnar crystal.The alloy prepared from rapid solidification exhibits a strong(0002)based pole texture in the surface of alloy plate,i.e.c axis texture.Its crystal growth characteristics consistent well with the alloy MmNi 3.5 Co 0.7 Al 0.8 whose columnar structure exhibits strong c axis texture orientation.It is also in accordance with the texture orientation of directional solidified alloy in different cooling rate.
