东莨菪碱联合无创通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过应用东莨菪碱联合无创通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭进行疗效分析。方法选择我院2008年2月至2010年4月Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭住院患者60例进行临床研究,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组常规治疗加无创通气;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用东莨菪碱。观察评价指标包括:血气分析、心率、抢救成功率和住院天数。结果在血气分析、心率、抢救成功率和住院天数方面,治疗组优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论东莨菪碱联合无创通气治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床效果显著,值得推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of scopolamine combine with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on treatment of type-Ⅱ respiratory failure.Methods During Feb,2008-Apr,2010,sixty patients with type-Ⅱrespiratory failure in my hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional medical therapy combined noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment,and the treatment group increased scopolamine on the base of the control group.Arterial blood gas analyses,heart rate,cure rate,hospitalized days were observed and evaluated.Results The treatment group was significant better than control in arterial blood gas analyses,heart rate,and cure rate,hospitalized days in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion This study shows scopolamine combine with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is highly effective on treatment of type-Ⅱ respiratory failure.
