摘  要:目的评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期进行营养支持治疗后,患者血气分析和肺功能指标的变化。方法选择COPD急性加重期患者共55例,随机分为营养组(28例)与对照组(27例),两组均接受相同的抗感染和对症治疗,营养组除标准饮食外,每日静滴10%脂肪乳500 mL,复方氨基酸250 mL。结果 2周后营养组与对照组的比较,两组PaO2均升高,PaCO2均降低,但营养组变化较明显(P<0.01),两组肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)均升高,但营养组变化较明显(P<0.05)。结论 COPD急性加重期患者提供合理的营养支持可显著改善其血气和肺功能指标,提高临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the blood gas analysis and pulmonary function indices of the patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) treated with nutritional support.Methods 55 selected patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into nutrition group(28 cases) and control group(27 cases),2 groups were subjected to the same anti-infective and symptomatic treatment.nutrition group were intravenous with 10% fat milk 500mL and compound amino acids 250mL daily besides the standard diet.Results PaO2 were higher,PaCO2 lower and lung function indices(FEV1,FEV1/FVC) were increased in both groups two weeks later,but more obvious changes in nutrition group(P〈0.01) and(P〈0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve the blood gas indices,lung function and clinic efficacy to provide a reasonable nutritional support in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
