摘　　要：近年来,危险驾驶引起严重事故的案件数量急剧攀升,暴露了我国相关立法的不足。2011年刑法修正案(八)的通过再次引起了人们对危险驾驶入刑的激烈讨论。笔者认为无论从目前的交通现实环境还是未来的发展情况,在我国将醉酒驾车入刑,设立危险驾驶罪都是必要的。The number of serious accidents caused by dangerous drive has grown sharply in recent years and the relevant legislation has become apparently insufficient.The adoption of the Criminal Law Amendment the Eighth again raises a heated discussion about the crimination of dangerous drive.The author thinks,taking either the current traffic environment or the future development plan into consideration,it is necessary to incriminate dangerous drive.
