摘　　要：结合城市降雨与径流特点和下垫面特点,从城市降雨径流的产生、地面与管网的汇流、河道的行洪与调节和城乡之间的上下游区域关系与应用条件等多方面综合考虑,构建小区、城市河湖、城乡联调3个层面的城市雨水利用技术体系框架,为城市雨水科学、合理的利用提供参考和借鉴。According to the characteristics of rainfall﹑runoff and underlying surface in urban area,generally considering the generation of runoff﹑flow confluence on ground then in pipe network﹑flood draining and regulated in channels﹑relationship of upstream and downstream location and conditions for application between urban area and rural area,this paper constructs the framework of technology system for rainwater utilization in urban area from three aspects,which are different type districts﹑channels and lakes in urban and scheduling between urban area and rural area.
