从农民收入状况看农村发展——以淮安市为例

摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的深入进行和市场经济的进一步发展,让全体人民共享改革与发展的成果越来越多地成为我国政府和社会各界的共识。该文对淮安市农民的收入状况进行了分析,从城乡二元经济结构、三元经济结构的视角分析了淮安市农民收入增长中面临的一些挑战和机遇,并提出了相应的建议。With the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up policy and the further development of the market economy,making the progress of the reform and opening up policy shared by more and more people is getting increasing attention from both our government and the society.In this study,the author analyzes the income situation about farmers of Huai＇an city.In the perspective of urban-rural dual economic structure and the ternary economic structure,the author issues the opportunities and challenges the farmers of Huai＇an will face and accordingly some suggestions are proposed.
