摘　　要：香菇是著名的食药兼用菌,生产原料广泛,价高易管理,是一种投资少,经济效益高的生产项目。根据湖北荆门、襄阳等地农村的春季代料香菇种植情况与种植经验,对当地春季代料香菇免割栽培技术进行了整理与总结。香菇免割栽培技术省工省时,菇形完整,成品率和经济效益得到提高。Lentinus edodes is one of the famous food and drug mushroom.It has widely production materials,high price and easily management.It is a kind of less investment but high economic benefit of production project.According to Planting conditions and experience of spring lentinula edodes cultivated by plastic bag in the rural areas of Jingmen,Xiangyang,ect.in Hubei Province.,this text has sorted and summarized the technology.In fact,the technology of spring lentinula edodes cultivated with none-cutting,has saved workload and time,turned the form of lentinula edodes to intact,improved the rate of final products and economic benefits.
