摘　　要：为了进行水稻病害的远程诊断和信息咨询,设计出水稻病害监测预警系统。该系统采用Visual Studio 2008开发平台,由站内消息、数据上报、数据查询、预测预报、在线会诊、系统管理等功能模块组成。考虑到数据安全性和系统易用性,采用浏览器/服务器模式,客户端通过Internet与服务器连接。实践表明,该系统能够辅助农业专家对水稻病害进行快速准确的诊断,对水稻病害的有效防治具有重要意义。In order to realize the rice disease remote diagnosing and information consulting,a rice disease monitoring and warning system was designed.The system has been developed using Visual Studio 2008,including the following function modules： site message,data reports,data query,disease prediction,online consultation,and system management.Considering the data security and system ease-of-use,the Browser/Server mode was adopted,and clients connected with the server through Internet.Practice shows that the system can assist agricultural experts on fast,accurate diagnosis of rice diseases,and has important significance for effective prevention and control of rice disease.
