摘 要:[目的】探讨双能量减影技术在外伤性肋骨骨折中的诊断价值。【方法】选择92例肋骨骨折患者行胸部DR双能量减影检查,每例患者分别获得一幅标准图像,一幅软组织图像,一幅骨组织图像,比较标准图像和骨组织图像对肋骨不同节段骨折的显示率。【结果】92例患者共发现224处肋骨骨折,骨组织图像显示率98.2%显著高于标准图像88.4%(P〈0.05)。【结论】双能量减影技术明显提高肋骨骨折的显示率,在肋骨骨折的诊断中有重要价值。[Objective] To investigate the value of dual energy subtraction technique for the diagnosis of traumatic rib fracture. [Methods]Totally 92 patients with rib fractures were selected to receive DR dual energy subtraction examination of chest. A standard image, a soft tissue image and a bone tissue image were obtained from each patient. The display rate was compared between standard image and bone image for different seg- ments of rib fractures. [Results] A total of 224 rib fractures were found in 92 patients, and the display rate of bone tissue image was 98. 20% which was significantly higher than that of standard image(88.4 %) ( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Dual energy subtraction technique can significantly improve the display rate of rib frac ture, so it has significant value for the diagnosis of rib fracture.
