硫酸镁对子痫前期患者血清胱抑素C和血浆血栓调节蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁对子痫前期患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)和血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)的影响。方法选择子痫前期患者50例为治疗组,同期住院分娩的正常孕妇30例为对照组。治疗组予25%硫酸镁4.0 g加入10%葡萄糖中静脉滴注,后以25%硫酸镁15 g加入10%葡萄糖500 ml中静脉滴注,每日1次;对照组予10%葡萄糖同等量,每日1次,静脉滴注,疗程均3d。治疗前后采用乳胶颗粒免疫比浊法测定血清Cys C的浓度,酶联免疫吸附试验方法测定血浆TM水平。结果治疗前治疗组血清Cys C和血浆TM均较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组血清Cys C和血浆TM水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但仍然明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论硫酸镁可以降低子痫前期患者Cys C和TM水平,改善肾功能和内皮细胞功能。Objective To evaluate the effects of magnesium sulfate on cystatin C（Cys C） and thrombomodulin（TM） in with patients preeclampsia.Methods 50 patients with preeclampsia were enrolled as therapeutic group,30 normal pregnancy patients in the same period were enrolled as control group.Therapeutic group received magnesium sulfate while control group received placebo（Ⅳ,3 days）.Use latex particle immunoturbidimetry to detect the serum level of Cys C,use enzyme linked immunosorbent assay to detect plasma level of TM in the group of 50 cases of preeclampsia and 30 cases of normal pregnancy. Results The level of Cys C and TM in therapeutic group were significantly higher than that of control group（P0.01）;The level of Cys C and TM after treatment in therapeutic group were significantly lowered than pre treatment（P0.01）,but still higher than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate can effectively reduce Cys C and TM level,improve renal and endotheliocyte function.
