果糖二磷酸钠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌炎60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨果糖二磷酸钠(FDP)治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌炎的治疗效果。方法将婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌炎120例随机分为2组。对照组予能量合剂(10%葡萄糖加辅酶A、三磷酸腺苷、维生素B_6、维生素C)静脉滴注,剂量根据体质量计算;观察组在对照组用药的基础上加用果糖二磷酸钠200～300 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),静脉滴注,每天1次,均连用7d。结果 2组治疗前后LDH差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后AST、CK、CK-MB均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);且治疗组较对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在纠正窦性心动过速、ST段改变方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在纠正室性早搏方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平均住院天数观察组(7.3±2.1)d,对照组(9.3±3.2)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论果糖二磷酸钠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌炎疗效好,可以减少住院时间,应作为治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎合并心肌炎急性期的主要药物之一。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of fructose-bisphosphoric natrium in treating infant rotavirus enteritis combined with myocarditis.Methods 120 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis combined with myocarditis were randomly allocated into 2 groups.Control group were treated with intra venous injection of energy mixture,the amount of doses were calculated by body weight;therapeutic group were treated with intra venous injection of energy mixture and fructose-bisphosphoric natrium（200～300 mg·kg^（-1）·d^（-1）） for 7 days.Results There were no statistical differences of LDH between the two groups pre-and post-treatment（P0.05 ）;the value of AST,CK,and CK-MB were decreased in both two groups（P0.05,P0.01 ）;the decrease degree were more obvious in therapeutic group with statistical difference（P0.05）.There were statistical differences of average days of hospitalization between the two groups（therapeutic group of 7.3 d±2.1d;control group of 9.3 d±3.2 d;P0.05）.Conclusion The effectiveness of fructose-bisphosphoric natrium in treating of infant rotavirus enteritis combined with myocarditis is good in shorten the hospitalization time;it can be used as one of the therapeutic medicine in treating infant rotavirus enteritis combined with myocarditis.
