摘　　要：脂肪组织分泌的多种脂肪细胞因子,如肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白介素(IL)-6、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1、瘦素和脂联素等均可介导或参与慢性炎症反应,导致胰岛素抵抗(IR)。本文综述脂肪因子与IR研究进展,简单介绍改善IR药物,为临床IR防治提供参考。Adipose tissue secretes a variety of adipokines,such as tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin（IL）-6,monocyte chemoattractant protein（MCP）-1,leptin and adiponectin.These adipokines may mediate or participate in chronic inflammation reaction and lead to insulin resistance（IR）.This review summarizes the progress in research of adipokines,IR and their prevention and treatment.
