大尾寒羊体尺性状的遗传参数估计

摘　　要：利用动物模型BLUP法对大尾寒羊体尺性状进行了遗传力估计。结果表明,体重、体高、体长和胸围的遗传力分别为0.14、0.11、0.11和0.15,它们属于中等遗传力(0.1<h2<0.3);尾长和尾宽的遗传力为0.09和0.08,它们属于低遗传力(h2<0.1)。建议利用BLUP法和标记辅助选择(MAS)对大尾寒羊种羊进行选择,更能提高选种的准确性。BLUP method with animal model was used to estimate heritability of body size traits of fat-tail sheep.The results showed that the heritability of body weight,body height,body length and chest circumference was 0.14,0.11,0.11 and 0.15,all of which were moderate heritability（0.1h20.3）.The heritability of tail length and tail width was 0.09 and 0.08,both of which were low heritability（h20.1）.We proposed the BLUP method and marker-assisted selection（MAS） be used to select fat-tail sheep so as to increase the accuracy of breeder selection.
