摘　　要：新世纪新阶段,胡锦涛主持中央军委工作以来,立足时代特点和国家战略全局,着眼解决部队建设面临的新矛盾新问题,提出了加强军队党的建设的新思想新举措,丰富了国防和军队建设思想,为我军党的建设指明了方向,围绕推进军队建设科学发展、提高履行使命任务能力,对加强部队党的建设进行理论探讨,可以加深对胡锦涛军队建设思想的理解。The new century and new stage,since the work of the Central Military Commission Hu Jintao presided over,based on characteristics of the times and the overall national strategy,focus Jiejue forces facing the construction of new contradictions and problems,proposed to strengthen party building in the armed forces new ideas and new initiatives to enrich the national defense and Army building,the army pointed out the direction of party building,military construction around the advancing scientific development,improve the ability to perform missions and tasks,to strengthen the forces of the theory of party building and can deepen the understanding of Hu Jintao＇s thinking on army building.
