摘　　要：采用反相高效液相色谱法测定洗发护发类化妆品中米诺地尔的含量。试样经质量分数为1%三氯乙酸溶液提取,MCX固相萃取小柱净化,在C18柱上以质量浓度为2 g/L的己烷磺酸钠溶液（pH 3.0）和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,紫外检测波长为230 nm。该方法在质量浓度为0.2-20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,加标回收率为83.1%-97.7%,相对标准偏差为2.9%-6.6%,检出限为1 mg/kg。该方法适用于洗发护发类化妆品中米诺地尔的测定。Studies were undertaken to analyze minoxidil in hair care cosmetics with reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography.Spiked samples were extracted with 1% trichloroacetic acid.After clean-up by MAX solid-phase extraction cartridge,the extract was directly analyzed by HPLC-UV,using 2 g/L sodium hexanesulfonate（pH 3.0） and acetonitrile as mobile phase.The method was validated and the good results were obtained with respect to precision,repeatability and spiked recovery.The Limit of detection for minoxidil was 1 mg/kg.The calibration curves showed good linearity between 0.2 μg/mL and 20 μg/mL.The proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of minoxidil in hair care cosmetics with recoveries ranging from 83.1% to 97.7%,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.9% and 6.6%.
