摘　　要：针对工程测量中经常面临如何选择适合的控制网的中央子午线,如何实现新、旧控制网控制点坐标的统一,如何有效地克服长度变形等问题,阐述了不同坐标系之间的坐标成果转换和换代计算的方法,探讨了坐标转换基本模型的选用、转换参数的解算、转换计算的方法、转换计算中值得注意的问题,并根据坐标转换和换代计算公式,基于VB语言开发了坐标正反算程序、换代计算程序和简单梯形图幅编号查询程序,简要说明了这些程序的使用方法。并通过实例验证和分析了程序的精度和效率,结果证明程序设计正确,计算精度符合要求,达到了系统统一、简化施工、提高工作效率的目的。In this paper,according to the problems of how to choose the appropriate control of the network of the Central Meridian,how to unify the old and new control network control point coordinates,and how to effectively overcome the length of the deformation,this paper proposed a calculation method on a different system coordinates between the coordinates of the outcome of the conversion and replacement,and discussed the issues in coordinate transformation on the basic model,parameters conversion and conversion calculation.This paper developed a program based on VB language,and the accuracy and effectiveness of the program was proved through the experiment.
