摘　　要：地理信息具有空间分布特性和时态特性,地理信息数据的快速更新已成为目前研究热点。本文首先通过建立大庆高新技术开发区基础地理信息时空数据库管理系统的应用实例,从数据的收集、组织与处理、数据库建立等过程进行详细的阐述,并实现了数据库的动态关联与更新、时空回溯以及动态可视化等。最后通过对系统功能模块的应用分析,提出对系统软件测试的测评建议。该应用数据库管理系统的建立,为基础地理信息动态数据库的建设提供一个比较完整的解决方案,也为今后的应用推广提供必要的技术支持和基础保障。The geo-information possesses of the characters of spatial distributionand temporal,and the quick updating for geo-informationdata is becoming the researchhotspot at present.Based on the application exampleof the construction of fundamental geo-informationspatial-temporal database management system for Daqing High-tech Developing Zone,this paper detailedly discussed the procedure of data collection,organizing and processing,and database construction,etc.It also realized the dynamic associating and updating,spatial-temporal backtracing,and dynamic visualization of the database.Finally,through the application analysis on the function modules of the system,it put forward the suggestionson software testing for the system.The establishment of database management system provided a relatively complete solution for the construction of fundamental geo-information dynamic database,and provided the essential technical support and basic support for further application and popularization.
