高校图书馆员创新精神的培养

摘　　要：新形势下,培养馆员创新精神,以创新促进事业发展,是高校图书馆发展的客观需要和必然要求。分析了阻碍馆员创新的几种心理因素,指出要培养高校图书馆员创新精神,就要转变思想观念,完善知识结构,培养创新思维,确定创新目标,优化创新环境。只有这样,才能增强高校图书馆的竞争实力,迎接信息时代带来的挑战。Under the new situation,cultivating librarians＇ innovative spirit to promote the development of the cause is an objective requirement and necessity of the developing of college libraries.In this article,several psychological elements that hinder librarians＇ innovation are analyzed,and it is put forward that,to cultivate college librarians＇ innovative spirit,their ideological concept should be transformed,and their knowledge structure should be perfected,so that new thoughts can be developed,the objects of innovation can be determined,and an innovative environment can be optimized.Thus,college libraries＇ competitive strength can be enhanced,so as to face the challenge brought by the information era.
