依济复用于放射性皮肤损伤的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:研究依济复治疗放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法:将39例接受放疗后出现皮肤损伤的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组按照常规的皮肤护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上采用依济复进行喷涂治疗,观察两组的疼痛程度与创面愈合时间。结果:实验组患者的疼痛减轻程度明显优于对照组,实验组平均愈合时间较对照组短。结论:依济复对创面刺激较小,并能显著减轻创面疼痛,加速创面愈合,对放射性皮肤损伤具有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To study the curative effect of rhEGF for radioactive skin damage.Methods： 39 patients who had skin damage after radiotherapy were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly.The routine skin care was used to the experimental group,while the rhEGF spray treatment was adopted to the experimental group on the basis of routine skin care.The pain intensity and the wound healing time needed were observed.Results： The pain reducing degree of the experimental group was significantly lighter than that of the control group.The average healing time of the experimental group was 2 days ahead than that of the control group.Conclusion： The rhEGF has little stimulus to the wound and it can reduce the wound pain obviously and accelerate the wound healing,so it has good clinical curative effect in treating radioactive skin damage.
