摘　　要：介绍了采用定子电流的频谱分析来诊断异步电动机鼠笼转子断条故障缺陷的基本理论， 分析了实际应用中的技术难题和解决方法， 阐明了转子断条诊断在实际生产中的意义。This paper introduces the fundamental theory of stator current spectroscopic analysis for diagnosing the broken squirrel cage rotor bars of asynchronous machines,and discusses the difficult problems in practice and their solutions.The significance of diagnosis for broken rotor bars in real production process in also pointed out.
