血管生成抑制素对体外培养的血管内皮细胞增殖与凋亡的影响

摘　　要：为研究血管生成抑制素对体外培养的血管内皮细胞生长的影响,采用MTT法观察细胞的增殖情况,利用Hoest染色和流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡。结果发现血管生成抑制素能够抑制血管内皮细胞的增殖,其IC50为1.19 mg/L,并干扰内皮细胞的周期,出现G0/G1期阻滞。To study the effects of angiostatin on growth of vascular endothelial cells in vitro.Thiazoyl blue tetrazolium bromide（MTT）assay is used to observe the proliferation of endothelial cells,hoest staining and flow cytometry（FCM） are used to examine apoptosis of endothelial cells.Angiostatin evidently inhibites proliferation of vascular endothelial cells,the IC50 value by MTT assay is 1.19mg/L,and the cell cycle is restrained in G0/ G1 phase.
