摘　　要：目的了解因甲型H1N1流感被隔离大学生的心理应激状态。方法以《突发性公共卫生事件心理问卷》为研究工具,对安徽省铜陵市2所高校72名因甲型H1N1流感被隔离人群的心理应激状况进行调查。结果被隔离学生心理应激问题检出率为65.28%,检出的因子排序为抑郁(17人次)、疑病(15人次)、恐惧(11人次)、神经衰弱(3人次)、强迫—焦虑(1人次)。因甲型H1N1流感被隔离大学生心理应激状况不存在显著的年级与性别差异(P>0.05),他们应对公共卫生危机事件的方式大部分还仅仅局限在物质生活的改善上。结论被隔离学生存在一定的应激状态,学校除了关注被隔离大学生身体状况,还应该通过教育认知、心理疏导和干预等方式来引导大学生做好对危机事件的心理应对。Objective To explore the influence of the isolation due to Influenza A（H1N1） on psychological stresses of students.Methods 72 college students were isolated due to Influenza A（H1N1） in Tongling city of Anhui were surveyed by questionnaire of Emergence Public Health Incidents Psychological Survey.Results 65.28% students were detected with psychological stress problems,including depression（17 times）,hypochondria（15 times）,fear（11 times）,neurasthenia（3 times）,forced-anxiety（1 time）.These problems didn’t associate with the grade and the gender of college students.Most of students always paid more attention to the material need when facing the public health crisis.Conclusion The psychological stresses of isolated students were increased.The college should not only pay attention to the physical conditions of students,but also guild students to overcome the crisis through educational cognition,psychological counseling and intervention
